Phase 4: "Field Commander" Scramble

Positional awareness drill. Call out positions and have them sprint to the bag as quickly as possible.
Fielding at SS and 2B. Focus on bag coverage at 2nd and accurate throws to 1st. 8m blocks per cohort.
Cohort B: Cutoff Man
Outfield Focus
Outfielder runs down ball, defers to first teammate, and fires a hard, quick release toward 2B. No running it in!
Phase 6: Live Sim & On-Deck Lab

Live Sim: 5 swings each. Every contacted ball MUST be fielded and thrown to 1st base (or 2B for cutoff simulation).
Station B (Integrated): 1 coach works with the On-Deck Batter. Focusing on the "Power & Hip-Turn" mechanics. Batter gets several high-quality practice swings before coming to the plate.
